We go through life each day and don't take the time to actually think
about wats going on around us. We do not always realize that even the
simplest of words or actions can have the biggest effect on those we
care for and simply the people we encounter on a daily basis. I'm not
saying that everyone is bad or anything like that but just take a min
and appreciate all that's around u and for the friends and family that
u have because u may never know when they or yourself may leave. Just
stop and think about how u act towards others and how they may see u or
how u would see yourself through their eyes and ask yourself "Is this
how i want to be seen" or do u believe that u need to change s few
things about yourself. I am posting this because of the news i recently
received of a former teammate and friends death. If u don't already
know it was Brandon Herron. I personally did not hang out with Brandon
but i did play football with him and even if it was only one year. Even
If its only 1 year or since u started playing a sport losing a teammate
is hard. I found myself shocked to find this out that someone i had
played with, ran with, went through double days with and all the other
hardships and rewards of playing football with is no longer on this
earth to continue in sharing those kind of moments with others. It is
still hard for me to believe that this happened but its a fact of life,
Death, unfortunately, is a natural occurrence and that cant be changed,
but wat can be changed is the way u live and are remembered by.



Just take a look in the mirror and ask yourself "Is this who I want to be, Is this how I want others to see me?"
